Please Revamp Melee VS. Casters Funcom

All of my friends that I really enjoy playing with are quitting the game because of the imbalanced in end game pvp. This isn\’t made up or anything, and I hope he doesn\’t mind me posting this but one of my friends posted this on the our guild forums, and it really sucks because he is an amazing player in w/e game he plays in, and a really cool person to boot.

To all the Carebears ..

If your crying everytime you get pk ..if your little heart is to weak and cant support the fact that you suck in pvp …

GO BACK TO WOW OR JOIN A PVE SERVER.

AOC is made for PVP .. its made to make poeple cry ..

The new PvP system is going to ruin this game.

I haven\’t played a true open PvP game since Shadowbane. So when I heard that AoC was boasting the same environment, I was naturally ecstatic. I love PvP when the only reward is the pride or shame you feel after the outcome. Bragging rights is more valuable to me than PvP points, and rewards.

Praise of the PvP policy, and the AoC team\’s decision.

First, I\’d like to say that I was apathetic about AoC. I wasn\’t interested in it. I didn\’t play the beta. I was never a fan of Conan stuff (but I didn\’t hate it, either). When my friend asked me to try AoC, I did so reluctantly. So I got the game to try it out, and if the first month was good, I\’d renew my subscription.

3v3ed with guildies tonight i have never felt so worthless as a player

i had 2 stuns ok decent but it didnt make up for the TOS they had that had 2 roots and for some reason we werent getting root immunity which was GG

the whole night i was queueing up mystic bane which was a 4 step combo which most of the time was parried or missed due to range.

Give All Soldier Classes A Healing Debuff

Soldier classes are inherently weak in PVP and healing is way over the top. Most soldiers cannot even out dps a healing potion. Make soldiers useful in pvp and give them a debuff which lowers healing done to their target by 50%. Yes I am asking for a

PVP Gear a Must

I cant wait for PVP gear to be released. Raiding and questing should NEVER yield the best PVP gear. It is PVP itself that should. WOW did a great job of this with the arena system but the choice in gear was far too limited. Considering that AOC is a lot less gear based than WOW, PVP gear is even more important and essential. Gear should never decide a battle but only give you a slight benefit.
